A video clip that caught my attention

This video clip is about how sitting can affect your health.

From this video clip, I have learnt that:

  • once you sit down your calorie burning rate drops down to 1 cal/min
  • sitting for 24 hours straight and there would be a decrease of insulin in your body decreases by 40%
  • if you do not sit for more than 3 hours a day, the average lifespan would rise by 2 years
